I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer and USAPL powerlifting coach from Michigan. I've dedicated my career to helping individuals build strength, improve their overall health, and achieve their fitness goals. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to experienced athletes.
I'm particularly passionate about empowering women in strength training and have coached a team of strong, inspiring women to compete at local, state, and national powerlifting meets. I believe that strength training is not only beneficial for physical performance but also for mental well-being and overall quality of life.
I've helped clients overcome injuries, develop confidence in the gym, and make significant progress in their fitness journeys. I prioritize a holistic approach to training, focusing on both physical and mental aspects. I utilize progressive overload and DUP training methodologies to tailor programs to individual needs and goals.
