About Me
I'm a Level 3 High Performance Coach specializing in strength and conditioning, dedicated to helping athletes of all levels unlock their full potential. My passion for training began at age 12, igniting a lifelong pursuit of strength and performance. For over a decade, I've competed in powerlifting, achieving personal bests of a 551 lb squat, 347 lb bench press, and 661 lb deadlift at a 217 lb bodyweight. This experience fuels my commitment to helping you achieve your personal bests.
My coaching philosophy is built on understanding your unique goals and crafting a personalized plan that gets you there. I utilize a periodized approach, but more importantly, I create a fun and engaging training environment. I believe training should be effective and enjoyable, fostering long-term success and empowering you to thrive independently. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness Specialist from ECU and have a proven track record of success, including developing athletes who have earned Division 1 scholarships and coaching a professional long driver to a top 10 world ranking.
