Cesar grew up overweight and constantly faced issues with his body image and the aches and pain that being heavier caused, which lead him to starting his journey towards a healthier life style, through constant trial and error (and after losing 70lbs) over 5 years, he developed a passion for weight lifting and helping others like him. His experiences led him to becoming a Certified Trainer with ACE.
Cesar believes basic nutrition knowledge is vital to a healthier lifestyle and understanding your specific nutritional needs helps build a better relationship with food while still enjoying being able to enjoy a cheat meal from time to time.
Cesar’s methodology for Strength training revolves around perfecting the basics to build a strong foundation capable of branching into a more specific and centralized style of training based on a persons interests. He believes that being healthy, strong or fit doesn’t have to be a complicated process but it does require hard work.
