I'm a fitness enthusiast with a passion for powerlifting and running. I've competed in powerlifting and have experience in various running distances, from 5K to the full marathon. In October 2021, I became a certified personal trainer through the ISSA.
My training philosophy centers around helping clients achieve their individual goals. I prioritize proper lifting technique, consistent motivation, and nutritional guidance. I strive to create challenging and rewarding workouts that leave clients feeling stronger and more confident with each session.
