Group Personal Training
Our most popular service, providing high value personal training in a small group format. Every workout is personalized to you and ran by a qualified coach to ensure a safety and effectiveness. There are two main class styles: Strength Training & Metabolic Conditioning.

Our private personal training service is a 1 Hour or 30 Minute training session with a professional and experienced coach. It’s like having someone doing all the thinking for you; helping you make all the right decisions so you can get the best results!
We recommend our 1-on-1 Personal Training for those who want a high level of attention and service. If you are just getting started, recovering from injury, or want in-depth customization and instruction, this is an ideal place to start.
Your session is customized to suit your individual needs and goals. Our trainers are well versed in a variety of effective training modalities, including:

Our most popular service—Providing high value personal training in a semi-private, small group format.
These sessions have an attendance ratio limit of 8 clients to 1 coach. This ensures you get the coaching and personalization you need for a great workout.
The small group format keeps our prices lower by spreading the cost of a well qualified personal trainer over multiple clients. In other words, you get the expertise of a high quality coach at the best price possible.

D.S.C: Dynamic Strength & Conditioning
Your program gets customized through the Capital Strength Training System.
Each of your workouts is designed to complement the others for the rest of the week. Your progress is tracked on our grid board, making sure you're always advancing!
This is why we call it Dynamic Strength & Conditioning Training. It adapts to your personal goals—helping you acheive them quicker.

- Small Group Size – Your unique traits and goals matter! That's why keep the ratio of coaches & clients tight. You get all the attention you need from a coach while having fun in a small group format.
- Two Training Styles – We offer two training options: Strength Training and Metabolic Conditioning so you can mix and match your program for the results you want.
- Full Access to The Capital Strength Training System - You get full access to our 3-Step Capital Strength Training System. Including: Dynamic Strength & Conditioning, Optimum Muscle Nutrition, and the Capital Accountability Program.
Our group training format adds an aspect of camaraderie to your workouts. It will help motivate you to push just a little bit further than you would on your own!
Our classes are for all trainees, at any stage. If working in a group intimidates you, or if you are brand new to strength training, we recommend that you begin with 1-on-1 Personal Training, to introduce you to proper training methods.
Strength Training
An up to 8-on-1, 60-minute group personal training session focused on improving your strength on the main compound lifts while also prioritizing the development of overall muscular symmetry and tone. Your Strength Sessions will consist of a variety of strength, powerlifting, and bodybuilding method to achieve optimal results of all training styles.
If your goal is to be the build lean muscle or become the strongest you’ve ever been while having a well-balanced, toned, and aesthetic physique, then Strength Training is for you!
Metabolic Conditioning
A high intensity workout combining, cardio-conditioning, intervals, circuits and more, with the camaraderie of a team.
You get a workout that’s perfect to get in shape while melting fat and having fun!
You will be rewarded with increased muscle tone, decreased body fat, and a new athletic you! With our one of a kind astro-turf area, you can get year-round, butt kicking sessions. Rain, snow, or shine! The MetCon class is for all fitness level, so don’t be afraid to try it if you are just getting started!
