Congratulations to freshman R.J. Moore for his recent promotion from JV Defensive Tackle to the starting Varsity Defensive Tackle position on the Millbrook High School Football team!
R.J. has been a personal training client at Raleigh’s Capital Strength Conditioning for almost 3 months. Within that time he has improved his strength, speed, coordination, and athletic conditioning. All of which have had a positive impact on his football performance. In his season opener, he had 3 quarterback sacks, and in his last JV game he had 5! Not too bad for a position that doesn’t normally get to the quarterback!
Football Training at Capital Strength & Conditioning
For the rest of the season, RJ will work on his speed and explosive strength for the immediate benefits to his athleticism and football abilities. During the off-season, his programming will be shifted towards acceleration and top speed work on the track; and developing his general strength, power, and conditioning in Capital S&C’s weight room.
