Bess is an inspiration to many, she has been committed to her fitness for years and currently works out four times a week with us Capital Strength & Conditioning. She always sports a positive attitude that gets her and her fellow trainees through every single workout smiling. Since working with us, Bess has hit new PRs in her half marathons, built strength and muscle, and has found a love for lifting heavier weights! How she stays in shape: she attends the Metabolic Boot Camps and Blast Classes.

- Since August / September 2012
- What got you interested in fitness?
- I wanted to stay healthy, I watched a lot of people become unhealthy, especially as they grew older.
- How do you find the time to get your workouts in?
- You make time! there are no excuses, you just make it a priority and find time.
- What is your favorite thing about working out at Capital Strength?
- The size of the gym, the fact that it isn’t a franchise and the trainers are very helpful and encouraging. The people are great and the environment pushes you to do your best.
- What is your favorite exercise and least favorite exercise?
- favorite: too many to list! least: chin ups
- What tips would you offer to someone who’s interested in joining or just getting started?:
- Try it! Don’t be afraid. Everyone here will help you and will motivate you to succeed. Your success will be their success.
