tutkeyWhy we like this recipe:
→ Lean, tasty and high-protein, turkey isn’t just for Thanksgiving!

→ Pair it with a side dish of your choice, think roasted vegetables, quinoa or a cinnamon seasoned sweet potato! and you can toss those yummy leftovers into a fresh green salad the next day for a healthy lunch!

What you need: (For 4 Servings)

-1 pound turkey tenderloins
-3 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-2 teaspoons dried rosemary (crushed)

Preparation:

  • Place the turkey tenderloins in a seal-able plastic bag and set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix the soy sauce,  rosemary and mustard. Pour over turkey, seal bag and shake to coat. Marinate in the fridge 1 to 4 hours.
  • Preheat your oven on the broiler setting. Remove the turkey from the marinade and place on the rack in the broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, for 20 to 22 minutes or until meat is cooked through and when pierced with a fork the juices run clear. Slice and serve!
