Frank Chou has been dedicated and consistent with his training for two years and counting, spending several weeks of that time coming in to the gym twice a day working for the results he wants.
What were you most skeptical about before training at Capital Strength?
"I was most skeptical of how much better I would feel from exercising."
What was life like before training at Capital Strength? What did you struggle with?
"Before Capital Strength I struggled to do anything physical. Playing sports, going hiking, almost anything physical was more tiring, frustrating, and humiliating than fun. My goal was to get to the point where I could enjoy outdoor activities. I struggled with energy levels, eating habits, and overall self-esteem."
What specific results have you achieved?
"I’ve gone from 293 lbs to 240 lbs, become much stronger and gained a better physique."
What's life like now? How have things changed?
"I genuinely enjoy the outdoors now. I wear better fitting clothes, feel more energy in my day-to-day life, and feel more confidence overall."
What have other people noticed or said about you that’s changed?
"People have told me that I look great compared to how I was before. I’m also the guy who is called in for heavy lifting."
What’s your favorite thing or biggest surprise about Capital Strength?
"My favorite thing about CSC is the vast variety of exercises and equipment. I can try novel exercises to stimulate my body to grow and improve in different ways all the time."
To anyone on the fence about Strength Training, what would you tell them?
"Being honest about what you want and the effort you're willing to put in to achieve that goal is everything."
